Cibus withdrew its filing in May 2019 Cibus Ltd, a provider of advanced plant-breeding technologies had priced its IPO of over 6.6 million shares at between $14 and $16 per share. The company reported a $30 million net loss on $2.6 million in revenue for the first nine months of 2018. Morgan Stanley and BofA Merrill Lynch were lead underwriters.
