A “special purpose acquisition company” called B. Riley Principal Merger Corp. II merged with Eos in the fourth quarter of 2020. The lion's share of the money raised will go to building manufacturing capacity. Eos is also building out its commercial team and will also staff up for installation, commissioning, and operations.
