Description

The issue comprises 2,500,000 units corresponding to SEK 40 million before issue costs. In the event of great interest, the Board of Directors is entitled to issue additional Units up to a maximum of 625,000 Units corresponding to SEK 10 million, in respect of a supplementary directed issue in which investors of an institutional nature, in particular, are given the opportunity to participate. The issue price is SEK 16 per unit. The subscription period lasts from 8 to 22 February 2019. Trading started on the 22nd March.
