ITM and Vitol announce a JV, ITM Motive, where Vitol will initially invest $39 million, to be later matched by ITM. ITM Motive will develop refuelling stations and accelerate adoption of fuel cell vehicles. ITM Power will supply its new JV with 240MW of electrolyzer equipment.
