Description

Origin Materials has gone public through merger with special purpose acquisition company, Artius Acquisition. The transaction is expected to provide up to $925 million in gross proceeds, comprised of Artius’ $725 million of cash, and an oversubscribed $200 million PIPE at $10.00 per share. The combined company is expected to have an estimated equity value of approximately $1.8 billion.
