Community Power Purchase Web Platform

Sunvestment's Web Platform connects site hosts, installers and investors interested using solar energy. By providing a one-stop shop and templatized legal documents, the web platform streamlines the solar process, bringing down soft costs. The model is particularly suited to the under-developed mid-size solar market utilizing systems between 50-200kW's and is tailored to non-profit groups, municipalities and academic institutions. Through the unique design of the community power purchase agreement, these not-for-profit institutions are able to take advantage of the ITC and affinity investors are able to invest in an organization they care about.
