Description

Switzerland-based provider of energy-efficient light bulbs to the global structures light bulb market, has set its IPO terms to 7.14 million shares being offered at between $13 and $15 per share. Initial market cap would be around $388 million. The company planned to trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol TCPI, with Deutsche Bank and Piper Jaffray serving as lead underwriters. TCP previously filed for a $100 million IPO in 2012, when it was based in China, before later withdrawing its registration.
