Update 08-16-2013: Based on an updated regulatory filing, one of the two previously unnamed strategic investors participating in this round appears to be Chesapeake Energy. Chesapeake's Bryan Lemmerman has joined the company's board in conjunction with the investment. The round also included participation from two unnamed strategic investors. The company intends to use the capital to continue ongoing engine testing and development and to initiate commercialization with OEM partners in heavy-duty truck transportation and on-site power generation.
